1939 Census on Property Box
On the Census tab of my Property Box it doesn't show details for the 1939 Census. It doesn't appear to allow a new item so I thought I would sacrifice one of the Electoral Roll records. I click one of the Census entries and copy the Data Reference INDI.CENS[year=1871].DATE I then click Electoral Rol...

1939 England and Wales Register
I am updating records with 1939R details as they become available but noticed that if I have a birth date of say '1955' when I change this to the exact date from the Register this isn't transferred to FH.

2 easy questions for someone
Hi,
A couple of questions from an inexperienced user:-
- In V6 the release notes say you can configure the 'Fast Add' menu, but I can't find how to do it.
- Is it possible to reorder the tabs so that 'Facts' is 1st, 'Census' is next etc?

Fact Count
In the Show project Statistics Plug In, the number of facts are totaled. So I can assess what ancestors I need to work on, it would be useful if I could have a query that just counts facts for each ancestor. I guessed there may be a function =FactCount{} but it didn't work. Any help would be most ap...

Linking images to facts
I would like to link the image of say a census record to the fact rather than the source. For a census record with multiple people ideally the image would be saved to the relevent facts for all the people.
Is this possible?

My grandfahere entry has a a preceding his name and some other entries has a J after heir name.

Firstly apologies if this is a dumb question - I have only just started out tracing my family records and there are no surviving family members who can help me. The only documents I have on my grandfather is his marriage certificate to Bery Hatton on 16.3.1925 showing him as 23. Using Ancestry I hav...
