Testing Deaths today after the update using auto text it adds a marriage date & a marriage place to the record. Also in births it asks for an informant name. Is there anyway of turning this off in options?

Just come across a small problem when editing a table for baptisms. When attempting to modify the table, delete column no longer works, only a cell is deleted. This has only happened since version 7.7.2.

Using the new Bookmark feature in ver. 7.7.2 is there a way of making the bookmarks default rather than ticking it to turn on. I can't find any method on the options to switch on or off. It makes sense to have it switched on as most of my entries are already saved as bookmarks. Many thank in advance.

After much frustration, reformatting & installing FH several times I'm pleased to say I have found what caused the problem. It was a faulty wireless card. Switching it off & reverting to an Ethernet cable seems to have done the trick......

I too have removed McAfee & replaced it with the free edition of AVG. All seems to be working fine again.
