Hello,
I'm really only a part-time worker at this game and one of the problems I have been wrestling with today is how to strip out a whole lot of names from my tree so that I send only necessary data to a friend. This little work-round does the trick very nicely.
Thank you Robin.
Jomac.

Thank you Jane. I will find out what software he has and pass on your tip about downloading the demo version. The latter seems the easiest solution - well for me anyway!
Thanks for your help.

Sounds like Jehosophat has a touch of the modern day syndrome: I want it and I want it now ! I've been in IT for over 43 years, probably longer than he's been alive, and there is no question that patience is the answer. You only have to look at the mess some other well known software suppliers have ...

That was the reply I was hoping for. Having just undergone the trauma of a complete system rebuild, I thought I'd check first.
Thanks again for your speedy reply.

Hello All, Sorry if I seem a bit dim but thought, having just lost my system and having to start from scratch including reloading FM from the original CD, whether or not I can move direct from loading the CD to the latest upgrade 2.3.1 or whether I have to step through all the upgrades? I have save...
