I am using a PC with Windows 10

When I use my Legacy Programme there is not a problem with FMP hints!

I have deleted all the cookies but that makes no difference.

I am having trouble with connecting to my FMP hints.
It comes up Status Code 400 error, bad request message invalid cookie header
My Heritage works ok.
What do I need to do please?
My version is 7.0.17.1

Thank you, I have been able to recover my all my records.
My husband's computer lost all of his records as well. He has copied them from my computer as they were still there!
We have no idea how all this could have happened.

How can I recover a project that I was using? I had been using it and stopped to scan a death certificate to documents so that I could then copy to the person in Family Historian. Is it possible to collate all the cause, place and age at death of my ancestors please?
My family has requested a list with this information. Do I just have to make a separate list myself or can the programme do this as it does places, occupations and names etc.

How can I remove a source that I no longer need please? I cannot see where or how to delete it. When the title is removed I am left with Untitled and I want to remove that unwanted source record title completely.

eg. I click marriage. Then add citation. The select source pane comes up and when I click eg. 1842 census it goes blue but I cannot change the text.

I wish to alter some of my Source Record Titles to make them more relevant. Could you please let me know how to do this please. I cannot add to the titles as they are at the moment nor delete an unwanted title.

Just to make things more interesting.
When I now click on the green round hints button it says FMP searching (with no record of how many hints) but I can get all the hints from My Heritage?

The upgrade has now finished.
So I have tried everything again.
When I now click on Refresh Automatic Internet connection the hints appear but do not transfer to the Web Search Window.
Any thoughts?

I can log into FMP and the hints work ok. In the focus window when I click on the round green circle I then click on the FMP hints but nothing appears in tht Web search window. It is just blank, the FMP address comes up across the top. I clicked use external browser but nothing changed. I have never...

I have just had an update to my Widows 10 programme and I now cannot get the hints from Find My Past to open. I am using Family Historian 6.
What can I do to restore the process?

Today I upgraded to version5. I have noticed that a couple of my photos are incorrectly linked as the family of..... which is not correct.
I have tried to unlink them but have not been successful.
