I further restricted the Scope to source type=census. The following criteria worked:
Search: Record: "(.-)"
Replace: %1

The hyperlinks are not necessary as TNG creates a list of linked individuals. I should be able to use the Search and Replace plugin in LUA Pattern Mode to quickly edit the hundreds of census source records. Thanks for the prompt response.

Plugin List All Citations For A Source gives the following error at line 253 - attempt to index a nil value (global 'iup'). I don't know enough LUA to understand the problem. I reinstalled the plugin and tried to run it against two separate projects with the same result. FH v7.0.18 and Windows 11.

Resolved. I ran the four items available in RM under File>Database tools... I don't know which one did the trick, or what the issue was ( I probably should have run them one at a time, oh well). Thanks for your support.

I think the problem is the RM file not the FH file. I have 2 projects, FHA and FHB, and two corresponding RM files, RMA and RMB. I can run "Compare" of either FH file against RMB with no error. Running either FH file against RMA gives the same error.

The RootsMagic version is 7.7.0.0

Yes, the old plugin gave the same error. The last time I used it successfully was in September. I have since deleted the old plugin.

It seems to be a problem with the gedcom. It ran against an different FH project with no error. I have no idea what to look for.
