Changing birth dates to year only
Thanks for that Jon. My problem is that I don't want to remove data from all the people in my tree just the ones that have the living flag. Is it possible to remove facts from this group only using STHF?
Many thanks

Changing birth dates to year only
Removing all the information (except name) for living relatives sounds like a good plan...do you know how I'd do it?
Many thanks.[oops]

Changing birth dates to year only
I would like to transfer my family tree data to Tribal Pages. I'd like to change the birth dates of living members to year only (for security reasons). I've tried to delete the day and month columns from the Living_Flag_is_Set query but when I delete either the day or month the year is deleted as we...

Custom Diagram Text Schemes
I've had to move my family historian software to another computer. I've managed to move most customised files across (such as flags and diagrams) but I can't work out how to move my custom diagram text schemes to the new computer.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
Liz

Printing Page Numbers in Diagrams
Did the diagram pagination idea ever get to the wish list? I think it would be a great idea. Most of my family don't 'do' the internet so paper versions are important. I can't tell you what a pickle I get into standing over (not the quickest) printer when I'm printing out multiple copies of an u...

How do I Override Text in diagrams
Hi Jane On some individual records I have very complicated occupation records from different sources. While I want to keep them in the database I would like to put a simpler version on diagrams. I have managed to use the flags to add information (via individual notes) to different individuals and I...

Introducing Gedcom Census 4.0.7
I love Gedcom Census but I find that when it is downloaded onto my computer (MS XP), which has Norton Firewall, Norton thinks my computer is being intruded by something called BD Blade Runner 0.80a. (This sort of thing turns my head to mush!) Gedcom census is the only download I have on my computer ...

Family Historian on PDA
I recently saw a person in my local record office using a PDA with Family Historian on it and thought what a brilliant idea it was. I wondered if anyone had any advice on what sort of PDA would be best to run FH on.

Diagram text scheme that lists downwards
I'm trying to construct a diagram text scheme where the several occupations of an individual are listed downwards instead of across, but however I fiddle with the text scheme the occupations still appear one after the other on the same line. Any ideas anyone??
