Apologies, now I understand the power of 'custom queries' I realise that I don't need to change the Records View at all. From now on I will make no posts until I fully understand all the powerful features of this programme. It uses a much more sophisticated way of thinking.

Printing Charts
This is brilliant. I spent several hours trying to work out how to do this, even reading the manual, but to no avail. Now I can print on one page instead of four. Should have tried this forum first. Â Thank you

New columns in Records Window
I am also interested in doing this. I am a new user and love this programme but I have a 'one name study' of 20,000 records all with similar names like William Smith born in the same year. Displaying extra columns for Parents or Spouse would make it much quicker to pick the right person.
