I too appreciate you trying to resolve this query, unfortunately I have copied your data, in fact copied and pasted them without the %% signs but the error message is not that the FIELD is being deleted but that 1 RECORD (record type 'Source') will be deleted. Seems version 4 is needed not 3. thanks...

No matter, I give up, even searched the tutorial files and the only time % is mentioned apart from where it actually means percentage is using a data reference in a text box.
Must be advice given only works with the latest version not older ones.
