Thank you all for your help. In the end I have gone down the route of finding the family name in the list of individuals, opening them into an all relatives tree, and then deleting them from there. It does mean that I have to go through quite a lot of similar moves but it does avoid me deleting any ...

I am using Family Historian 5.0 - can anyone help with how I can delete a lot of individuals that are not linked to the root individual. I have copied a tree and want to get rid of anyone who does not have a relationship with the root individual but cant find a quick way of doing it. Thanks Carrach[...
