Sorry, nothing has changed.
I reinstalled 6.2.2, restarted computer, and checked the security tab of a number of files but Everyone is not there.

Mass edit of Data after a Query
John, have you tried using the 'Save Query to File' option using the icon near top right of screen (3 to the right of the print icon - I'm looking at version 4.1.3). You can then save the results as a *.csv file thus allowing you to edit in Excel (other programmes are available!!).

I have managed to add a Relationship to Root Column in the Records Window using the following: expression: =Relationship(FileRoot(),,TEXT,1) However, this also shows the relationship to the spouse eg 'Husband's Cousin'. Is there a reason you cant Save Report As ... Word-Processor Document (RTF) then open it in Microsoft Word?
You would then be able to View Header/Footer, Insert Auto Text, Page X of Y.
