If one has lost their 'key' (moving mess!), how does one retreive it or get another. Is there a number to call to resolve this?

occupation in 1851 England Census
In the 1851 England Census for Somerset,Hutton Dist 2 I have found relative Thomas Collipriest (spelled Callepriest in census). His occupation is 'B&ER Police'. The B&RE is clear, the word 'police' I'm pretty sure of. Can anyone tell me what this would mean. Thomas' wife, Fanny, is then listed as 'P...

I currently used Legacy which suggests research options and links to Ancestry.com to explore these options. Does FH have such a feature?
