Bit confused by your answer Jane. I imagine that the report is meant to work and exclude data fields if they are not ticked. The Ticking the 'Record Id' works as does the 'connecting lines' but the options do not respond to change. I am hoping that there is a 'fix' for the problem if it is not worki...
