Yes this is a Samsung printer conflict. By setting the Windows printer default to FH PDF printer I can now produce Charts and Diagrams.

I have just started using my FH 5.0 after quite a long time away from it. When I try to use the Diagram buttons I get the message 'Family Historian has stopped working correctly. Windows will close it and notify you if a solution is available.' I tried reinstalling 5 upgrade - same. I uninstalled FH...
