Re: Julian calendar dates at end of a century
Just a piece of information regarding the transition from Julian to Gregorian calendar. Despite our country not making the change until 1752 I have seen a gravestone in the interior of Romsey Abbey inscribed 1701/2.

Re: Census source code entry
I record the SOURCE title as 1881 Census RG 11 1234 Folio 2 Page 2 followed by the name of the head of household in my tree. The image has the same name. Other sources are treated the same way with a title such as 1794 Parish record of christening of James Smith or 1839 GRO Birth Index Stoke D 5b 45...

Re: 1921 UK census - how to reference a schedule from its Findmypast image?
I hope this helps. If I want to go back on FMP to look for a census record I use the advanced search option which allows you to enter piece, folio and page number. Re: 1921 UK Census AS Source Template
Many thanks for the template. Downloaded and added to AS with no problem. Tested it by entering one family from the 1921 census found this morning on FMP. I have always used AS to enter multiple people on a single census. It is so easy to use. Thanks Nick.

So I have now transferred my custom queries and they have displayed in FH a...

Custom Queries in Windows 10
I have just done a clean install of Windows 10 and have successfully downloaded the FH program and GEDCOM file. So it works. However, I want to transfer my custom queries from a memory stick to the laptop. But where do I transfer them to? I cannot find the file address you have listed on the FHUG we...

Sources linked to individuals
Good morning Jane I have looked at the Individual Summary Report and modified it to give me a name and a source but as you say it gives 44 pages. This includes those in my family tree without a citation source. What am I trying to achieve? I would like to have a report which gives me the name of t...

Sources linked to individuals
I have been able to find the linked sources for chosen individuals but would like to produce a query or report that would show which sources are linked to which individual for the whole database. I want to be able to do this without having to go through the laborious task of looking at each individ...
