Re: 1921 UK Census AS Source Template
Hi, I have just added my first 1921 census household using the template provided by RS3100. Thank you so much. I have downloaded 6 households for my husband and myself so far and am getting stuck in adding them to Family Historian. All went well until I generated the text and I spotted that the numb...

Go to Record button not always working
Hi, I have scanned quickly through the posts and can't see anyone reporting this, but I might have missed something, if so I apologise for double posting. I only got my V6 last week and haven't used it much yet, but tried to look something up this morning and discovered that when on the property box...

v 5.0 release date
It's my birthday too this month and I've already put the request in to my husband. I desperately want to know what 'Enhancements to the query capability for searching & analyzing records' means as I am currently creating a raft of queries to find records that I entered poorly way back when. Property Box Customisation
I have continued to play with Property Box customisation since my first attempt at a Military Tab last year (there is a lengthy discussion earlier in this forum). I find adding these tabs makes life much easier when you are entering the same type of information about a whole batch of ancestors/rela...

Customised tabs on Property Box
Hi Jon Thanks for the explanation of how the customisation works. I have had a look at the PB-INDI file myself now and your instructions are easy to follow. You can also see where I have made amendments to the default front tab. My husband was very interested in the way this discussion is going as h...

Customised tabs on Property Box
A quick postscript
I had previously uploaded the Military Fact Set posted on this User Group. I guess anyone wanting to use my tab will have to download that too or it just won't work!

Customised tabs on Property Box
I spent ages setting up a custom tab for Military Events etc on my laptop version of Family Historian. The functionality is very useful, I can enter most things from WW1 Service and Pension records at one go now. I have attached an image if other people are interested.? http://www.fhug.rjt.org.uk/...
