All users will be moved to the new system, but unfortunately the passwords will be reset as part of the process. I will be emailing new passwords to everyone once the process is complete. As this a pretty major bug please don't install V5.0.4 at the moment or if you do avoid going into note fields.

The upgrade price is not announced yet as you can't yet purchase it, I would imagine it will be similar to the V3-V4 upgrade currently available.

The Box set is priced on the resellers sites and is normally around the same price as the download.
